If you have booked your reservation on-line with this web-site (www.gresham-hotels.com), you may now cancel your reservation on-line, please click here, or follow the link on your confirmation e-mail.  You may also cancel your booking directly with the hotel by e-mail. Please note that all booking deposits or HOT DEAL bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel within the last 24 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged the cost of the first nights accommodation, through the card used to place the booking.
