Technology

Our guests can now connect to virtual world more easily than ever. In 2006, The Gresham introduced Quadriga Genesis to all our bedrooms and suites. Each LCD TV screen can connect to the internet through this system, alternatively each guest can use the complimentary WIFI access through their laptop. TV Screens offer video on demand, music on demand, access to your bill and guest messages.

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

If you plan to arrive at The Gresham prior to the arrival time stated above, the only way to guarantee immediate access is to reserve the room the night before. Should our guests be planning to leave the hotel late, reserving for an additional night will guarantee access until the required departure.

Should any of our guests not wish to reserve additional nights our concierge will be delighetd to store any luggage for you.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for room reservations must be received by 4pm the day prior to arrival, although this may differ if you have not booked though our website. If a room reservation is not received by the specified time, The Gresham reserves the right to charge for the first nights accommodation. Please check payment, cancellation policies and deposit requirements at the time of booking.
